All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. vcity333 does not accept third-party deposits. Attempting to deposit using another person's account or payment method may result in your account being suspended and the deposit confiscated.
Vcity333 does not charge any additional fees for deposits. However, your eWallet provider or bank may impose their own charges, which are beyond our control.
Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified Malaysian bank account in the member's name. vcity333 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Withdrawal processing times are as follows: Standard members within 15–30 minutes, VIP Silver members within 10 minutes, VIP Gold within 5 minutes, and VIP Platinum within 2 minutes. These times are calculated from the moment the withdrawal request is approved by our finance team.
Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if suspicious activity is detected, if terms have been violated, or if the identity verification process has not been completed.
